Did you know that the U.S. Census Bureau has a variety of activities you can use in your classroom?
From interactive maps to population pyramids, explore resources from the U.S. Census Bureau’s Statistics in Schools program on topics including demographic characteristics, environmental changes and more. A Census Bureau subject matter expert will join the conversation to demo various tools that you can use to share real-world data with your students.

Meet the Presenter

Kimberley Gibson helps lead outreach efforts for the U.S. Census Bureau’s Statistics in Schools (SIS) program and has ten years of experience as a federal communicator. She joined the Census Bureau in 2015, and has worked as a public affairs specialist, marketing specialist, and program analyst on a range of projects to help further the agency’s mission of counting the nation’s people and economy.
