She has been the Professional Development Coordinator since 2022. After teaching high school geography for 25 years\, Julie’s semi-retired life allows her to continue her passion of geography education\, being a literacy advocate through various volunteer positions and teaching at the University of Nevada\, Reno and Truckee Meadows Community College.
