SUMMARY:Where does my food come from?
DESCRIPTION:Overview\nIn this lesson demonstration\, we will (1) explore the origins of selected food crops using a free interactive online map\, (2) investigate which countries are the largest producers of these food crops today\, and (2) consider the spatial relationship between food origins and today’s largest producers.
