AP Human Geography Workshop – “Sustainability”

The South Carolina Geographic Alliance is pleased to partner with the National Council for Geographic Education for our Spring 2021 AP Human Geography Workshop.

The workshop focus will be on sustainability as it appears across several units and topics, from industrial and economic development to thinking geographically.

 

Presenters include:

Conor Harrison, Associate Professor of Geography, University of South Carolina           

Lisa Benton-Short, Professor of Geography, George Washington University                     

Heather Mitchell, President/Architect, BOUDREAUX                                                           

 

Registration is $10 for NCGE members and $25 for non-NCGE members.    (Non-membership registration includes NCGE annual membership)

Workshop attendees will receive access to the virtual sessions and instructional materials. Those present will receive certification of professional development hours and be entered into a door prize drawing at the end of the day.
