Meet the Presenter
James Fester is an educator, author, and advocate for experiential learning with 20+ years of experience in public, private, and online education. He currently works for PBLWorks helping teachers and leaders create engaging, learner-centered programs, and collaborates with informal educational organizations to reimagine their educational programs. A national park volunteer, James supports parks and museums nationwide in reimagining their educational offerings. His writing, featured in many blogs and books published by The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), highlights public lands as a teacher resource. He lives in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
