Summary
Come join us in creating and tasting a local favorite, of the Southwestern United States, Salsa. Participants will experience how to take a topic like “Salsa” and cook up a day of fun in the classroom that addresses all academic content areas; Social Studies (geography and history), Reading, Writing, Math, and Science. Participants will get hands-on practice with cooking, creating, and tasting Salsa.
